Groups

An athlete’s group is determined based on age, evaluation, and prior experience. This is subject to change over time and under the discretion of our team.

Foundations

This group focuses on motor skill development, coordination, balance, and movement mechanics. Sessions are fun, high-energy, and teach kids how to move their bodies properly while laying a foundation for future athletic training.

(Typically around grades 3rd-6th)

Rising

This group emphasizes bodyweight strength, speed, and agility using functional movements. Athletes develop explosive control and learn how to move efficiently and safely—bridging the gap between youth and advanced-level training.

(Typically around grades 6th-9th)

Elite

This group trains using the latest science-backed methods in strength training, plyometrics, and power development. Focus areas include max strength, force production, injury prevention, and mindset—designed to create next-level athletes.
